1. What Wayamigo is

Wayamigo creates personalized, AI-generated travel guides. For a trip you describe (origin, destination, dates, budget, group size, interests), the service assembles a guide containing flight-price research, neighborhood recommendations for your stay, restaurant and sightseeing suggestions, and a day-by-day plan. Each guide is delivered as a downloadable PDF and as an online version reachable through a private link.

Every account also includes free “memories” features: a personal travel map, a photo gallery with notes, achievements, and shareable images. These remain available even when you have no guide tokens.

2. Accounts

You need an account to buy tokens and create guides. You must provide a valid e-mail address, keep your password confidential, and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher). You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

3. Tokens, purchases and payments

Guides are paid for with tokens: one token creates one complete guide. Tokens are sold in packs, do not expire, and are tied to your account. If a guide generation fails for technical reasons, no token is spent.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record — Dodo handles the checkout, issues the receipt, and processes card data; we never see your full payment details. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases; token packs already bought are unaffected by price changes.

Token packs may unlock additional photo-gallery capacity (one-time tier unlocks). Gift codes can be purchased and redeemed for tokens; gift codes do not expire. Our referral program credits bonus tokens as described on the site; we may adjust or end the referral program for future referrals at any time.

4. AI-generated content — what you should expect

Guides are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and public data sources. They are inspiration and planning material, not professional advice and not a booking service:

• All prices in a guide (flights, accommodation, tickets, meals) are indicative estimates at generation time — always verify current prices and availability through the linked providers before booking.
• We do not sell flights, accommodation or tickets, and we are not a travel agency or tour operator. Bookings you make happen directly with third parties (e.g. airlines, Booking.com, Airbnb) under their terms.
• Despite safeguards, AI-generated text can contain errors (e.g. outdated opening hours or a place that has closed). Use the included map links to double-check anything you plan your day around.
• You remain responsible for your own travel arrangements: passports, visas, insurance, health requirements, and local laws at your destination.

5. Your content (photos and notes)

Photos and notes you upload remain yours. You grant us the technical license needed to store, resize and display them back to you (and to people you explicitly share them with). Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or depicts people who have not agreed to it. We may remove content that violates these rules.

6. Sharing links

Guides, your travel map and exported images can be shared through unguessable links or downloads that you create. Anyone who has such a link can view that content — share links only with people you trust. You can stop sharing your travel map at any time in your profile.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, scrape or systematically extract the service or its content;
• attempt to bypass token accounting, referral rules or technical limits;
• use the service to generate content for unlawful purposes;
• interfere with the operation or security of the service.

8. Intellectual property

The service, its design, software and branding belong to us or our licensors. The guides generated for you are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes — print them, share them with your travel companions, enjoy the trip.

9. Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.

10. Termination

You can delete your account yourself at any time on your profile page (“Danger zone” → “Delete my account”) — this permanently removes your guides, photos, map data and sign-in identity. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms. Refunds for remaining tokens are governed by the Refund Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will notify you by e-mail or on the site with reasonable notice. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Questions? Contact us at [email protected].
